Architecture, stack and delivery plan, written down and agreed before anyone opens an editor.
Step 04
UI Design
Flows, then screens. You review the real interface long before it is built, while changes are still cheap.
Step 05
Development
Built in short increments against the plan, with working software to look at throughout — not one delivery at the end.
Step 06
Testing
Functional, edge-case and load testing, plus a security pass. Problems are found by us, not by your users.
Step 07
Launch
Deployment, monitoring and handover, with the people who built the system on hand for the first weeks.
