Software products & services
We build the software
companies run on.
Spadewood builds and runs its own software products, and delivers software services for businesses that need something built properly — wherever in the world they operate. Either way, we stay with it for the long term.
What we build
Two ways we work, one standard of engineering.
Software we build, own and run
Platforms we operate ourselves, sold to companies who would rather buy a system that is already finished than commission one.
Software we build for you
Consulting, design, mobile and web development for businesses that need something built properly — and kept working long after launch.
Flagship product — SpadeX-HR
One system for people, time, and pay.
HR teams lose their month to reconciliation — a biometric export here, a leave sheet there, a payroll file that never quite matches. SpadeX-HR removes the reconciliation by keeping it all in one model.
A mobile app for Android and iOS — check in, apply for leave, approve requests, download payslips — is in development.
Approvals in one inbox
Leave, regularisations and expenses queue in a single place, so managers clear them in one sitting instead of across four screens.
Every module, one login
People, payroll, time, leave, talent and setup — with role-based access deciding what each person can reach.
How we build
Three decisions we made early, and will not walk back.
The hard parts first
Multi-tenant isolation, permission models and an audit trail behind every number are designed in from the start. It is why the software still holds when a company doubles in size.
Built for where you operate
Pay rules, statutory deductions, tax and filings differ by market. Our systems are built to take those differences as configuration, not as a rewrite.
We stay with it
The people who design a system build it and support it in production. Nothing is handed over a wall, and nothing is finished the day it launches.
Services
Or we build it for you.
The same engineering, pointed at your problem instead of ours — from the first architecture conversation through to support after launch.

Tell us what you are trying to run.
A demo of the product, or a conversation about something you need built. Either way you get engineers, not a sales sequence.
